Introduction

Quadrant Resources, LLC (Quadrant) offers IT Development and Data Labelling Services that are used by our customers to seamlessly manage their businesses. This privacy policy applies to all our customers as well as website visitors.

Information We Collect

We collect information, including personal information when you voluntarily submit information to us. This can include information you provide to us when you visit our Websites, create a user account, or otherwise communicate with us or provide information to Quadrant.

If you choose not to provide personal information, we will not be able to provide the Services or respond to or fulfil your other requests.

We also collect data when you use our applications and websites

  • Contact information and basic personal details and account information. Such as your name, email address, password, phone number and correspondence address.
  • Log Data - Our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our applications and services. This data is recorded in log files. Examples of such data include IP Address
  • Subscription Data – You provide personal data to us as part of signing up for our newsletter on our websites. We may also collect personal information from you when you use interactive features of the Websites, promotions, requesting customer support, or otherwise communicating with us.

Please note we process that personal information as a processor on behalf of the relevant customer, the controller, in accordance with the customer's instructions.

Quadrant uses cookies to help Quadrant identify and track visitors, their usage of Quadrant website, and their website access preferences. Quadrant visitors can control cookies through your browser settings.


How We Use Your Data

How we use your personal data will depend on which Services you use and how you use those Services.

  • We use contact information to operate, maintain and provide the Services, including setting up user accounts.

End User Data will be used by Quadrant in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and as required by applicable law. Quadrant is a processor of end user data.

Lawful bases for processing

We process your personal data only when we have a lawful basis. Presently, we use the Performance of Contract (i.e. to deliver the services to our customers) and consent as the lawful basis for processing. For certain processing, we may also use legitimate interests as provided under the Data Protection Regulations.

In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person. Where you have consented to a particular processing, you have a right to withdraw the consent at any time.

How we use Other data

We will update you with improvements in our services, new features and from time to time also carry out direct marketing of our products and services. Direct marketing is carried out only if you consent to receiving such communications from us.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. Sharing and transfer of personal information

  • Third-party vendors and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include data center services, third party lead generation platforms.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your personal information will be stored and processed in countries outside of the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, including the United States and India, where we and our third-party service providers maintain facilities.

These countries may not have the same standard of data protection laws as your own country. These international transfers of your personal information are made pursuant the appropriate safeguards (such as the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission).
